Offline scanners are useful where network may not be available in remote locations. In such cases, assets are scanned and the data is uploaded into the server.

Audit Schedule

Auditors can create and audit and schedule it by configuring the start and end dates. Audits can be scheduled for all assets in the organisation or for a specific group of assets. Multiple filters are available to choose the assets to audit.

Inform Owners & Custodians

Once audits are scheduled, all stake-holders are informed through mail. They also can get alerts of ongoing audits when they log-in to the p2r system.

Verify & Accept or Reject

Owners and custodians can simply visit the 'My Assets' and click the audit link. There, they can verify and accept if the asset is available with them or reject. Then can also add additional assets they may find.

Online Audit

In this process of audit, assets are scanned using on-line tag readers. This done by auditors rather than asset owners. On scanning a tag, auditors can view the details of that asset. They can then verify can approve or reject.

Scan Tags

In this process, offline scanners are used. Auditors can choose a specific location and scan tags in bulk. They can choose a particular asset group.

Upload Data

Once the asset tags are scanned, the data can be uploaded into p2r to update the PAR (Physical Asset Register)

Matching Assets

On successful completion on an asset audit, PAR (physical asset register) is created. This register is compared with FAR (finance asset register) with UAIDs (unique asset identifiers) and location. Matching assets are marked as PMs (Perfectly Matched Assets).

Missing Assets

Assets that are available in FAR (finance asset register) but not in PAR (physical asset register) are marked as MAs (missing assets).

Assets Found Extra

Assets that appear in PAR (physical asset register) but not in FAR (finance asset register) are marked as EAs (Extra Found Assets).

Misplaced Assets

Assets found both in FAR and PAR but with location mismatch are marked as MPs (misplaced assets).

Side by side Reconciliation

Records of EAs (extra found assets) and MAs (missing assets) can be viewed side by side to match equivalent models. Here the UAID (unique asset identifier) may not match, but may have matching make and model. These MAs are marked as RAs (reconciled assets). Remaining MAs are the final group of missing assets. Status of these assets can be changed in the FAR through an approval workflow. RAs can be regularised through an approval flow to arrive at final FAR.

Our alert engine, keeps every stakeholder alerted on all tasks awaiting their action. Alert engine can be configured as service scheduler to efficiently and easily manage repetitive process requirements.
Multiple alerts can be scheduled to different stakeholders.

Alert engine can trigger to send details of overdue deliverables from vendors. It can alert service staff prior to expected goods delivery making them prepared for installations. 
Tracking
Compliance tasks and audits that happen in pre-defined intervals can be configured to trigger alerts to stake-holders about approaching tasks.
